Yaniv Rahimi is a young Israeli businessman who feels that we need to heighten public awareness to the dangers on the roads. To bring the message to every household, school, community centre, kibbutz, village, town in the country. To all road users young and old, pedestrians and drivers alike. He has turned to us at Chaim B'Derech Metuna for support for
"A day of NO ROAD ACCIDENTS"
On 24/7/07- road deaths and serious injuries occur "24/7" and we all need to take personal responsibility to prevent them.
We HOPE that you too will take part in this wonderful initiative and perhaps you can volunteer in the two weeks preceding the event, to distribute material at shopping centres, the beach or other busy places near you. We need the media to give us maximum support so that everyone in the country will know about the event and for one day at least be careful, considerate and attentive on the roads.
Any other suggestions of help will be welcome and you can mail us or call the Chaim B'Derech Metuna office.
